What is a form page?
A form page collects information from visitors. Use form pages to capture leads, register attendees, gather feedback, or deliver downloadable files.
How to create a form
- Go to Pages → Create page → Form.
- Enter a title.
- Add form fields for the information you want to collect (e.g. name, email, company name).
Next steps
Once your form is created, continue to customize your form. When you're ready, click Share & embed to share your form.
