Custom domain
How to connect a custom domain to your checkout pages
What is a custom domain?
A custom domain lets you use your own domain name for your checkout pages instead of the default Checkout Page domain. Use this to build trust and maintain brand consistency.
How to set up a custom domain
- Go to Store settings → Domains.
- Under Custom Domain, enter your custom domain. We recommend using a subdomain (e.g.
shop.yourdomain.com). - Add a CNAME record in your domain provider's DNS settings, pointing your subdomain to the value shown on the Domains page.
- Wait for verification — this can take up to an hour.
Once verified, your checkout links will be served from your custom domain.
How to add DNS records
To verify your custom domain, add a CNAME record in your domain provider's DNS settings. Point the record to the value shown on the Store settings → Domains page.
If your provider does not support CNAME records for your setup, use an A record instead.
